Strathclyde University Incubator uses Angelsoft software to handle investment applications. Applicants must create an account prior to submitting details of their business. You can save your application at any time to allow you to log back in to complete your application.

What should I expect?

After you login, you will be taken through a step by step process that will gather basic information about your company. You will also have the opportunity to upload documents like your business plan and presentation. If you have all the necessary information available, the process should take about 20 minutes.

Why go through this process?

At the end of this process you will have created the “Perfect One-Pager”. This document helps us quickly to assess how to proceed with your company and enables us to compare companies fairly. You will be able to save your application as a .pdf for future use. To see what your application will look like, you might want to review this sample One Pager

How do I begin?

We are using AngelsoftTM to manage our investment process. If this is your first time using Angelsoft, you will need to register. If you have been sent an Angelsoft invitation with a password, or if you have already used Angelsoft to apply to another group, then you can login using your existing password. Make sure that you fill out all the fields marked with an asterisk (*). You can preview your PDF application at any time. When you are finished, select “submit application”.

What if I need more time?

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 60 minutes. If you need more time or if you would like to return to finish your application later, click “save draft”. When you are ready to continue, you can login from this page to continue.

What happens next?

Once your application has been successfully received, you will be entered into our review process. You will be contacted by email about next steps.

How do I update my application or communicate with the group?

You can always return to this login page to update your application. We will automatically receive the updated information. If you need to contact us about your submission, use the automatically generated deal email address. You can find the deal email address at the top of your one-pager.
